W-2 box 20 keep saying error that I entered the incorrect description

Keep saying Incorrect description  on my W-2 Line 20

I tried what you told me, and still there is incorrect error description.

You need to change the entry location.  Although it is listed in your W2 in boxes 19 and 20, you need to put the amount currently in Box 19 on the Box 14 screen in TurboTax.  Then, click on the dropdown box and scroll down to select CASDI.  Then delete the box 19 and 20 entries from TurboTax.  This will get rid of the diagnostic.

You have to delete the entries in Boxes 19 and 20 or you will still have the diagnostic.  Those boxes need to be blank.

I did leave those boxes blank and moved to box 14 entries like you stated. Still errors.
