I never received 1095a from medicare for last part of year- the $amount is on my social security form can I file without 1095a and use $ amount from social security?

Yes, when you enter your SSA-1099 with the Medicare information, that's all you need to do. You won't get a 1095-A from Medicare, and you don't need one.
