No. Assuming this is a single member LLC, when asked, indicate that you do NOT have an 1099-MISC's, and press on. You'll then deal with your business income not reported on 1099-MISC in the General INcome section.

Would this be on the Schedule C/Self employed section? The only choices I am seeing to add income are "1099-MISC," "Additional Income," "Uncommon Income," and "Rebates/Refunds Paid."

Start over. With the online version (which I personally do NOT recommend for a first time user or first time business owner), it's just to much jumping through hoops at this point, to try and correct stuff. Since business stuff is the absolute first thing you deal with after the Personal Info section, it takes less time and is less confusing to just start over.
With the return open so you can edit it, click MY ACCOUNT at the top right and select the clear and start over option. Do note that if you have already paid your TT fees or registered, then starting over is not an option. do NOT pay anything, or register anything until you are done with your tax return entirely, and are ready to file it.

Thanks. I want to make sure I do the right steps this time...after clearing everything, should I choose the Deluxe or Small Business option? With either one, should I indicate that I started a small business?

If you will be claiming "ANY" business expenses, then with the online version you *have* to use the most expensive TurboTax Self Employed. Whereas with the CD/Download version that you physically install on your computer, you can use the less costly Deluxe.  As a first time business owner, you have a lot to learn (as we all did our first time.). You're going to make mistakes (I guarantee it) and need to start over multiple times. This is not a cake walk with the online version of the program. So I would highly suggest you purchase the Cd/Download version of the program and physically install it on your computer. With only 10 days or so left in the tax season, you don't have time to be playing games with the website when it screws up on you.
Get the desktop version (I would actually recommend the Premier version, since it offers more help on the SCH C) at <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/">https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/... you want "lots" of help, then just go ahead and get the top of the line Home & Business version.  As a first time business owner, and considering the fact that you just don't have the time to play games, you may find it well worth the investment.
                                            • Online Vs Desktop
Online version: With the online version of TurboTax (any flavor) you can only create one tax return per online account. But you can create up to 5 accounts per e-mail address. With the online version you will $PAY$ for each tederal tax return that you "print and file" or e-file. You will also pay a purchase price for each state tax return program, and then you will pay again to file that state return, regardless of weather you elect to "print and file" or e-file the state return.

Desktop version: With desktop you purchase the FEDERAL program one time and install the program on your computer. Then you can create as many federal tax returns as desired. But per IRS limits, you can only e-file a maximum of 5 federal returns. After the 5th federal return, you can print, sign and mail any additional federal returns. You DO NOT pay to e-file federal returns, or to print and file federal returns.
For state taxes, you have to purchase each state program separately and install the program as an add-on to the federal program. Then you will pay again to e-file the state return. You can avoid the cost of e-filing a state return if you instead elect to print and file the state return. With the desktop version only, there is no additional charge to print and file the state return via mail. There is only an additional charge if you elect to e-file the state return.
