No. Only contributions to a 401k plan at work. Only enter 401k contributions from the W2, nowhere else. A 401k is not an IRA. You contribute to a IRA outside of work with your own money.
If the employer plan is a SIMPLE IRA plan, your employee elective deferrals will be shown in box 12 with code S and will be excluded from the amount in box 1. Employer contributions are not reportable on Form W-2.
Employee contributions to other types of non-IRA-based plans are shown with different codes in box 12.
Enter amounts shown in box 12 of your W-2 only in box 12 of TurboTax's W-2 form, nowhere else in TurboTax.
