Why is TT starting from the beginning when I have already entered income categories and was onto expenses previously?

I had entered income items a few weeks ago.  I had to leave TT for other business.  Now, when I return, it's as though TT is starting all over again at the beginning.

You probably installed a software update. When the TurboTax software is updated, it loses track of where you left off, so it goes back to the beginning of the interview. But all the information you entered is still there. Use the tabs at the top to go back to the expense topics that you were working on.

If you were away from TurboTax for a few weeks, I hope you did install the latest update. If not, do it now. On the Online menu, select Check for Updates.

You're absolutely right - I did allow the updates.  I finally found my place, but I was concerned that not all info would be there.  It was all there, however.
