Why is a retirement Savings Contribution Credit generated when I didn't contribute anything after taxes and it doesn't add to my refund?

It's forcing me to buy deluxe because the credit is auto-generating but it doesn't increase my refund so I don't want it. Is there a way to remove it?

Why is a retirement Savings Contribution Credit generated when I didn't contribute anything after taxes and it doesn't add to my refund?

I think you can go back to My Info and say you were a student.  That won't give you the retirement savings credit.
