Why doesnt the 750 I sent to the state . It came from my RMD?

Please double check your 1099-R entry in TurboTax. The state taxes withheld for a regular 1099-R will be in box 14 and please make sure you selected your state correctly for box 15. What state is this for?

1. Login to your TurboTax Account 
2. Click on "Search" on the top right and type “1099-R”
3. Click on “Jump to 1099-R”

If this doesn't work you might have to delete and reenter your 1099-R.
