Where/how do I enter data from a form 1099-Q?

<P>I did not use any of the distribution for education expenses. I need to enter the Earnings some place, some how, to get the 10% and include in income. Not evident how to do this in Turbotax Premier 2018</P>

I bought a property that has my home and a separate rental cottage on it. Do I enter all mortage interest from Form 1098, or half since I only rent half the property?
