Where do I input my annuity from the federal gov't? The only options I see are banking and investment institution.?

If you have a CSA 1099-R, Statement of Annuity Paid please enter in the Wages and Income section from the left menu.

1. Scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security and click on Show More
2. Select Start or Revisit for IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R) 
    

Click the Change how I enter my form button, on the bottom. 

 

Click on Type it in myself, on the bottom. 

On this screen select one of the two CSA 1099-R boxes, if you are the retiree or a survivor. TurboTax will walk you through the entry from there.
