Where do I enter Form 5498 or 5498-SA?

You don't enter them anywhere! Forms 5498 and 5498-SA are for your information only, and are sent by the custodian of your IRA, HSA, or MSA account.

Simply keep these forms with your tax records and you'll be all set.
