I have the SSA-1099 and cannot find the "tin" number anywhere
The SSA 1099 does not need the TIN. See Where do I enter an SSA-1099, SSA-1099-SM, or SSA-1099-R-OP1?
I have the form but it does not list the social security administration's TIN for my turbotax

As stated in your prior post you are not entering the SSA-1099 in the correct location
