Why is part of my traditional IRA distribution showing up under pension and annuity distributions?

When you enter the 1099R and if it is from an IRA, there is near box 7 of the 1099R and box that should be checked titled, "IRA/SEP/SIMPLE"

Look at the 1099R and then go back and Edit the 1099R and make sure this has been checked.
