When entering my 1099-R, it wants to know my payer and offers me four choices. I am a military retiree and DFAS is my payer but is not one of the options.

A DFAS 1099-R is just the first choice standard 1099-R.

(i.e......NOT a CSF-1099-R, NOT a CSA-1099-R, NOT an RRB-1099-R )
