What to do with a 1099 for an irrevocable trust

I received this 1099 for my parents irrevocable trust since I am the guardian/trustee of the account. Do I need to report the dividend and interest income or short/long term gains/losses on my person taxes?

Generally, if the 1099 has the trust's Federal ID number, you would complete a Form 1041, (Fiduciary return) for the trust, and depending on the trust, you may have to issue K-1's to the beneficiaries of the trust. You can prepare a trust return in the Turbo Tax Business package.
