Form 1099-G for unemployment compensation that you receive from your state department of labor or unemployment.
Form SSA-1099 for your Social Security benefits that you received from the Social Security Administration - https://www.ssa.gov/myaccount/replacement-SSA-1099.html
You should get a 1099G for unemployment and a SSA-1099 for Social Security.
You can type unemployment into the search box at the top of your return and hit find. It should give you a Jump To link to take you right to it.

Wages & Income at top
Unemployment - Click the Start or Update Button
Social Security
Enter a SSA-1099, SSA-1099-SM or RRB-1099 under
Federal Taxes on the left side or top
Wages and Income
Then scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security
Then the second line - Social Security (SSA-1099. RRB-1099) - click the Start or Revisit button
