Enter the Form 1099-R manually -

To enter, edit or delete a form 1099-R -

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Wages and Income (Personal Income using Home and Business)
Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
Scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security
On IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R), click the start or update button

On the screen Did you get a 1099-R in 2025? Click on Yes

where do I find that

First, there is no form called 1099-I. Second, you should be able to use an Internet Search engine to to look up the website of the Payer's name (upper left hand corner of the 1099-R).
