What does "Credit Expired This Year" mean in Form 80-401?

Form 80-401 is the Mississippi Tax Credit Summary Schedule. It lists various credits available to individuals and businesses.

Some of the credits can be spread over a number of years, so Column F, Credit Expired this Year, would be the amount of unused credit that can't be carried forward to next year.
