Where are you?  What questions?  You only enter it from the W2, nowhere else.  Are you in the Deduction section?   You only enter IRA info if you made a IRA contribution outside of work.

Enter amounts shown in box 12 of your W-2 only in box 12 of TurboTax's W-2 form, nowhere else in TurboTax.
