To add form 1099-R to your return, follow these steps while in TurboTax:

Select Search in the right hand side of your screen,
Type 1099-R,
Select go to 1099-R,
TurboTax will walk you through completing this on your return.

The most direct way to enter.

log into your Turbo Tax Return.
Go to tax tools in your left navigational pane
tools
topic search
Type in "1099R"
