If I still had to file unemployment with another state for part of the year, is that income from another state, or do I just claim it as "another" 1099-G form?

Unless you were a resident of that state when you received the unemployment, it is not "income from another state". Enter it as another 1099-G in the Unemployment Income interview.

Unless you were a resident of that state when you received the unemployment, it is not "income from another state". Enter it as another 1099-G in the Unemployment Income interview.
