TurboTax will not allow me to delete 1099 G for unemployment. I didn't receive it and I don't see the trashcan to delete.

In the Search box, type "unemployment" (without the quotes). Then click the link that says "Jump to unemployment." That will take you to the unemployment summary screen. On the summary screen, click the Delete button (not a trashcan) for the 1099-G that you want to delete.

That doesn't work for me. I tried exactly how you said. It jumps to the questions. I select no that I did not receive and then it jumps to trying to make me upgrade to deluxe. I click no it doesn't apply to me. I even have clicked to upgrade to deluxe but it still doesn't save to where it says complete. It also doesn't have a trashcan next to it. So, I am unable to delete. I am assuming the stimuli's will not send me the form 1099 G. So, I'm not sure how to fix it. I've tried starting over and refilling everything in but doesn't work either.

If that doesn't work, clear your return and start over.

When you start over, don't jump around in the interview or skip sections. After you go through the My Info section, at the beginning of the Income section you should get a screen like the one below that lists forms that are being transferred from last year. Select No for the 1099-G, then click Continue.
