If you only made non-cash donations as your charity contributions, you would need to determine the value of the donated items, add them together and enter it in the program. I am attaching a TurboTax article that shows you how to do so:

Please also note that your charitable donations only affect your tax refund if you have a LOT of other itemized deductions like mortgage interest and property taxes, etc. You have to enter enough itemized deductions and that total exceeds your standard deduction. Please see this link Will that impact my refund? for more explanations.
If you threw in bucks on the checkout line, you can add all that up and enter it on your tax return.
