TuboTax 1099-R is incorrect

Boxes 12 - 14 are titled differently for 1099-R on TurboTax than the 1099-R Form from payer.

The TurboTax Form 1099-R is correct since it the same as the IRS Form 1099-R - https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-prior/f1099r--2020.pdf

Are you sure it's a 1099-R, and not some other type of 1099 form?  Here's a standard 1099-R:

2020 Form 1099-R (irs.gov)

Or do you have one of these: Form CSA 1099R, Form CSF 1099R or Form RRB-1099-R.

On one of the followup verify screen the box labels are indeed the old number but the data is correct.    This is just a cosmetic labeling issue and does not affect the tax return at all.   It will be fixed in a future update.

I have the correct 1099-R form, but Turbotax has mislabeled their boxes 12-14.
