They are asking for 6 digit code regarding my 1099 but it’s not on my 1099 form for instacart

It probably wants to know the Code for your self employment business on schedule C.

 

The Business Code is a 6 digit number for your activity. Here are the IRS instructions for Schedule C. Business codes start on page 17. http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/i1040sc.pdf
