There is bug. I cannot file due to waiting for form 5329-T which does not apply to me at all.

Did you have an early distribution from the retirement account due to being under the age of 59 1/2?

What is the code in box 7 of the 1099-R?

I do not have an early distribution and will not be receiving a 1099-R

Delete the Form 5329

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen

Click on Tools

Click on Delete a form

When I do that it does not get deleted. I deleted my 1099-R though.
