As noted above, you need to enter all of your 1099-R forms, but only 1 copy of each. If one of the 1099-Rs you see is a copy of another one, only enter it once.

Where are there two? On one sheet of paper? Is one a copy? If you got more than one different 1099R, you enter each one separately.
