Please explain the problem. Boxes 18-20 are for local tax on your W-2. Often those boxes are blank if you did not have a local or city tax.

W2 boxes 18-20 are on the screen. You probably have to scroll way down. They show up on my computer Premier version.

I purchased the software & completed return but it doesnt show up on my online TurboTax account. Anyway to sync the two so it's accessible online in the future?
