The system is not allowing me to update three 1099-Rs each says need review but it won't allow me to update them.

I would recommend deleting all three 1099Rs, log out of TurboTax, then log back in.  You can delete the 1099Rs by clicking the trash can next to each 1099R.  TurboTax works best in the Chrome Browser.  I would also recommend clearing your cache and cookies from your web browser before you log back into TurboTax.  After you sign back in, indicate you will type in the 1099Rs each individually.  Make sure you enter the information in each box as it show on your 1099R.

Due to the Cares Act, you have an option not to take RMD for 2020.

In general, any edits must be done in the original data entry screens for those items.
