Answering No won't annualize your income.

You need to answer Yes. Annualizing your income is something you have to do.

 • When you answer Yes, TurboTax will take you to the Annualized Income Method screen so you can manually enter the amounts for each quarter.
 • TurboTax used the amounts you entered to possibly remove or adjust the underpayment penalty.

Where can I get standard deductions for Schedule A as per the form required for Annualized income?

The standard deduction amount is not on Schedule A, Itemized Deductions. See https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/2568848.

However, they are both on the same line item. TurboTax chooses the one that is best for you. https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1901539.

That's the question actually, in form 1040 its showing total deductions but for reducing underpenalty, I need to fill annualized i.e. divide it into 4 quarters. Where can i get those values for
Jan 1 till Mar 31, Jan 1 till Jun 30, etc

You have to manually do the calculations. Enter the itemized deduction in the month you paid for it or contributed it, etc. If it's real estate taxes, divide by 12 and multiply by the months in each quarter. If it's payroll taxes, use your check stubs, etc.

I got shares vested this year which resulted in uneven payments in my payroll, Will this help in getting underpenalty reduced ?
