I am claiming a Qualified Hurricane distribution for a withdraw from my retirement account. How do I obtain the update to efile?

The latest version of the 8915 form on the IRS website is the 2009 version. Waiting for the IRS to produce the 2017 version and then issue the e-file specifications for the 2017 form. 3/1 is just an estimate from the IRS.
