I transferred money from a State IRA account but rolled it over to an account with Edward Jones. Do I report any income off of this money?

Received Form 1099-R which indicates FATCA is "NO".

I transferred money from a State IRA account but rolled it over to an account with Edward Jones. Do I report any income off of this money?

The 1099R needs to be entered into TurboTax, however if rolled to a Traditional IRA there would be no tax impact. A rollover to a Roth IRA would be taxed.
