My percentage of total distribution (box 9a) on form 1099R is 0%. I't not allowing me to enter anything less than 0.01%. how do I remedy this?

If box 9a of your form 1099-R says 0%, do not enter 0 in the TurboTax screen. Leave the box blank.

This answer from Intuit has been BROKEN FOR YEARS.  American Funds Imports are resulting in the Total Distribution box 2a UNCHECKED with 0.00 in box 9a.  The workaround is to BLANK OUT box 9a.    WHY CAN'T INTUIT GET THIS FIXED ???????
