I am paying into a pension plan through the State of TN and my W2 has my deduction amount on Box 14; however, I am not sure what category it would fall under? Would that be considered "State Deductible Employee Expense"?

Can you clarify your question? Is there a description in Box 14, such as an abbreviation? Box 14 is a "catch all" box allowing employers to add anything that doesn't fit anywhere so we'd have to know more about the box.
Box 14 says "RETI"
Box 14 on Form W-2 is a non-computational box. It may be used by issuers to report a variety of items such as, state disability taxes, unions, and other fringe benefits. If the amount is not listed as one of the categories, you can choose other. Enter the description as "RETI".
