How do I submit a form where the gross distribution is the same as the state Distribution? I am stuck in filing. Also, I believe it says that I was refunded for this form last year, I got a letter/ notice that it was rejected. Although another form was approved, I was told I had to file them separately. Help!

1. "where the gross distribution is the same as the state Distribution?" Is this a 1099-R or another form? The gross distribution is often the same as the state distribution.
What do you mean "I am stuck in filing"? Are you receiving an error message?
2. "Also, I believe it says that I was refunded for this form last year, I got a letter/ notice that it was rejected. Although another form was approved, I was told I had to file them separately. "
I do not know what you are describing. If your return was rejected, you would not have received a refund.
And what other form was approved? Are you saying that you filed twice last year? Like you "filed" your W-2 and then you filed another form like a 1099-G or 1099-R? If this is the case, come back and tell us, because you will have to amend your return.
