I tried the cache clearing thing which changed nothing as I suspected since this is a pretty clean computer I am using - not my regular which is buried in stuff. However - this time I noticed there was - at the bottom of my still blank screen - a little up arrow and next to that “no form” - I clicked on the up arrow - nada. But when I clicked on the "no form” - voila! - I got a screen that finally allowed me to select social security and have managed to enter my data. I have never had to do that before so I am puzzled as to why that was necessary or why that was even there, but for now I have entered the data. You might want to share this with others who are having the same issue. Hopefully it will work for them.
