Should I file tax form for my ss benefits?

If Social Security was your ONLY income you are not required to file a tax return unless you had tax withheld and want a refund or if you have a 1095A for marketplace health insurance.

Should I file tax form for my ss benefits?

If your only source of income is Social Security benefits, then you should not need to file a tax return at all.
