Should I be including the 1099-Q form on my taxes or should my parents file that form?

I am the FBO and Box #6 is checked which states that the recipient is not the designed beneficiary.

Look at two boxes on the 1099-Q. One called RECIPIENTS NAME and the other RECIPIENT'S social security number.

That's who's tax return the 1099-Q goes on.

The fact that box 6 is checked probably means it's one of your parents, but could be someone else like a grandparent.
