Yes, if you had taxable compensation you should be able to make Roth contributions as long as your Roth contribution isn't limited by your income. Please see 2022 - Amount of Roth IRA Contributions You Can Make for 2022 for details.
You might have to delete and reenter your W-2:

Good point...go in and edit that W-2 to see what's actually in box 1....maybe you accidentally had 2,000 entered..or none at all?
This has/will be resolved I'm told by 3/3. Found that if there is a value in box 11 of the W2, Turbotax treats it differently than in past years. My value in box 11 is same as box 1 and zero'd out line 1 on the 1040. This is a bug that I was told by TT that was recognized and being worked on.
