Since Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs) are now suspended for 2020, say No it was not an RMD so it will let you say you rolled it over (back to the same account).

Since some of it was rolled over the response was not quite right. Spoke to support, and after a little research, determined how to enter the correct figures into the form. Thank you.
