As noted by macuser_22 , the form (8915-F) IS readily available, in print-format. You are spreading incorrect information.
When will Form 8915-F be available in the Premier version of TurboTax?

Form 8915-F, Qualified Disaster Retirement Plan Distributions and Retirements is scheduled to be available in TurboTax on 03/24/2022
Form 8915-F is available! Why isn't it available in the Premier version of TurboTax?
@Don38 It cannot be released until the IRS approves TT's programming of it.
And exactly when is that going to be? This is the first time I've had to wait for this long to file my taxes... pretty aggravating to say the least
It says 3/24 on TurboTax list of forms...

And that means anytime on 3/24 before midnight pacific time. Updates are usually one late at night so don't expect it first thing in the morning.
The form (8915-f) is now available on TurboTax, FYI.
Now I'm trying to fill out my taxes since the form is now available.
Since the withdrawal was from 2020, I did not receive a 1099-R in 2021.
How do I enter any information about the withdrawal being split over 3 years if the only 1099-R I have is from 2020?
Also, the amount should have been divided up into 3 parts, but on the page where it shows my income comparison for 2020 & 2021, the full amount of the withdrawal shows under 2020. Shouldn't it just be 1/3 of the amount over 2020, 2021, & 2022?

If you had a Covid-19 related distribution in 2020 and selected to spread the distribution over 3 years -
Answer No when asked if you received a Form 1099-R in 2021, if you did not receive the form
Answer Yes when asked if you took a disaster distribution
Answer Yes when asked if you took a Qualified 2020 Disaster Distribution
Check the box that this was a Coronavirus-related distribution reported in 2020
If the 2020 distribution was from an account that was Not an IRA
2020 Form 8915E Line 9 - Enter 1/3 of the amount from the 2020 distribution in both boxes for Line 9
If the 2020 distribution was from an IRA account
2020 Form 8915E Line 17 - Enter 1/3 of the amount from the 2020 distribution in both boxes for Line 17
The 1/3 of the amount from the 2020 distribution will be entered on the 2021 Form 1040 Line 4b if from an IRA or on Line 5b if from a retirement plan other than an IRA
Thank you!
I answered the following:

I then add the numbers in
Then I get Did you take a disaster distribution at any time between 2018 and 2020. I click on the Yes, that occurred in the 2020.
and then I get this screen where it redirects me to the 1099 area.
I have clicked through it 5 times and it just keeps doing the same thing.
When I get to Here is a picture of your 2021 income, it shows the Pensions - taxable and non taxable for 2020 and for 2021 it says 0, so I know it isn't writing this information to the appropriate form. How do I fix it.
After completing the Wages & Income section you will land on a screen Did you take a disaster distribution at any time between 2018 and 2020?
Answer NO since you have already completed the entering the 1/3 of the 2020 distribution.
Thank You! That worked!!
