Retirement tax questions
I answered the following:
If you had a Covid-19 related distribution in 2020 and selected to spread the distribution over 3 years -
Answer No when asked if you received a Form 1099-R in 2021, if you did not receive the form
Answer Yes when asked if you took a disaster distribution
Answer Yes when asked if you took a Qualified 2020 Disaster Distribution
Check the box that this was a Coronavirus-related distribution reported in 2020
I then add the numbers in
Then I get Did you take a disaster distribution at any time between 2018 and 2020. I click on the Yes, that occurred in the 2020.
and then I get this screen where it redirects me to the 1099 area.
I have clicked through it 5 times and it just keeps doing the same thing.
When I get to Here is a picture of your 2021 income, it shows the Pensions - taxable and non taxable for 2020 and for 2021 it says 0, so I know it isn't writing this information to the appropriate form. How do I fix it.
