Where do you enter a 1099-NEC?

I only see 1099-MISC as an option in self employment

It depends.  Are you using Turbo Tax Online or the software version? Here is the menu path to follow if you are using Turbo Tax online

1. Log into turbo tax
2. Go to federal>income and expenses

3. Self-Employment>show more

4. Schedule C: 1099-NEC, 1099-MISC, 1099-K, expenses>Self-employment income and expenses

5. After your business profile is entered, you should have a screen that looks like the screenshot below. Note the first entry reads 1099-NEC

What is the way to enter it on the software version?

You can enter a 1099-NEC under "Other Common Income " in TurboTax Online.  Go to the "Other Common Income" section  then "Show More".  Scroll down the Form 1099-NEC.

If you can also go to the Search and enter Form 1099-NEC.   You will be offer a "Jump" function to take you right to the entry screens.
