When will TurboTax be updated to accommodate valid 401k withdrawals for covid purposes? It currently still includes the 10% penalty.

Specifically what day? Will this not be available until February?

We do not have a date, as the IRS hasn't said when their form to do this will be released.  But there is no need to rush, as the IRS won't start accepting returns for processing until Feb 12.
