What do I do if I don't have a Wells Fargo tax advisor?

This form asks for their password etc. and I don't have one.

We need additional details to be able to assist you further.  What step are you specifically trying to complete on what screen within the program?  Please post here and we will be happy to assist you further.

Are you trying to download your 1099 from Wells Fargo?  You use your own name and password.  Do you have them to log into your WF account?  

But Don't enter the bank or broker name and don't try to import it.  It is just as fast and easy to manually enter it.  At the bottom pick -  Change How I enter my Form

Then on the next screen pick I'll Type it in Myself

I am trying to download my investment data from Wells Fargo Advisors into TT Desktop.  I have never had an issue in any previous year.. What's up this year?

There are two Wells Fargo options — Wells Fargo Advisors and Wells Fargo Bank. If you are not able to download your data, try the other Wells Fargo.
