Waited 60 days due to saying delay then I was told on June 17 wrong amount was put in for fed. withholding but isn't that y I had turbo tax experts look over everything.

I have been waiting since Feb 2 I was told I had to sign a paper stating they could fix my return n it would take 60 days to send y

Just sent a paper copy of the W-2 to the IRS. It's possible that the W-2 your employer gave to the IRS is wrong, or they failed to remit the actual monies withheld.
