Box 13 should be blank. If there is anything posted, remove it. Also review the physical copy of your 1099R and make sure that everything in your Turbo Tax return matches what is on the 1099R copy. If after you do this and you still receiving error messages, you may wish to contact phone support so they can view your screen to see why this is occurring. we recieved no 1099 from roth ira or older ended principal ira
The program knows you had the 1099-R in the past and is asking about them. Since you did not receive them, just delete those forms.
