Retirement tax questions

Box 13 should be blank. If there is anything posted, remove it.  Also review the physical copy of your 1099R and make sure that everything in your Turbo Tax return matches what is on the 1099R copy.  If after you do this and you still receiving error messages, you may wish to contact phone support so they can view your screen to see why this is occurring.   Please select this link for information to contact phone support
