There is no EIN on my 1099-NEC, only a SSN. Requirement is for on or the other, how do I move forward with my return when Turbo Tax marks it as an error?

When you entered your 1099-NEC, did you select Like a social security number under How is your payer's Federal ID number formatted?

I entered the form using SSN instead of EIN and the software would still not let me progress.

I deleted and re-entered the form and it went through.
