Tax return amendments

If you have to do a tax amendment for the previous tax year, does TT take into account the new info that was submitted in the amended tax return?

Do you mean will it update this year's return?  No, not automatically.  You would have to transfer the amended return into a new 2023 return.  If you already started 2023 you would have to clear and start over to transfer from the amended 2022 return.  Why did you have to amend?  It might not affect the next year's return.

@VolvoGirlI had to amend tax year 2021 to pay tax on excess roth ira. Amendment added a Sched 2 and Form 5329.
