Just wondering if we can rollover RMD from a traditional IRA to Roth IRA. Thanks.

No you can't roll a RMD to anything. You have to take the RMD out as a distribution. Now if you have earned income from working you can use the cash to fund a new contribution.
You cannot rollover an RMD, but if you can contribute the distribution amount to a Roth. You have to have earned income equal to or greater than the amount you contribute to a Roth. There are also Roth contribution rules based on your income and tax-filing status. See Amount of Roth IRA Contributions That You Can Make For 2023
